Since 1996 we have been one of the leaders in the Hampton Roads Web design community concentrating on small to medium sized businesses, churches and organizations. Prior to that we worked as photographers, illustrators and sign painters. When we began Open Vision Design we tried to roll all of our experiences into a single media rich company. This paid off for both our clients and us.

However, as times changed and new technologies became available we have, honestly, found it more and more difficult to compete. It became apparent that we needed to shift our focus so we decided to return to our roots and use current technology to our advantage. We specialize in photo restoration now and are in business to serve you. Our prices are competitive and our turn around time generally beats that of our competitors.

Have we given up Web design completely? No, not at all. We provide design services for many clients and welcome new ones. And of course we can create online photo albums whether for your family, your organization or just for you!

And finally we have experience in graphic design. We can provide anything from illustrations to company logos.
